My Heart Behind This Work
I created these retreats because I've seen, time and time again, what happens when a woman finally gives herself permission to stop — to step away from the noise, the pressure, and the constant doing.
Something beautiful happens. You soften. You listen. You remember who you are.
Through years of supporting women through coaching, kinesiology and emotional healing work, I've witnessed the same patterns: women who are exhausted from holding everything together, who've quietly lost themselves in caring for everyone else, and who are ready — even if they don't have it all figured out — for real change.
These retreats are my way of holding space for that change. Not just a holiday, but a true reset for your body, mind and spirit, surrounded by like-minded women who understand exactly what you're going through.
