These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchase, booking, or participation in products and services offered by Claudia Rodino / CR Kinesiology & Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this Site, purchasing from our shop, downloading digital products, or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

4) Eligibility

5) Bookings and appointments (including Square bookings)
When you book an appointment or service, you agree to:

Cancellations / rescheduling / no-shows:
Cancellation and rescheduling policies (including any fees) will be displayed at the time of booking and/or in your booking confirmation. Where there is a conflict, the policy presented during booking will apply.
6) Retreats, events and trainings
For retreats, events and trainings:

availability may be limited and may require deposits or staged payments

you may be required to complete forms (including health and safety information) before attendance

we may refuse participation if it is reasonably necessary for safety, wellbeing, or conduct reasons
Travel & personal responsibility:
You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, flights, transfers, and any personal medical requirements unless explicitly included in the retreat/event package.
Behaviour and safety:
We reserve the right to remove a participant (without refund where legally permitted) for serious misconduct, unsafe behaviour, harassment, or repeated disruption.
7) Online courses and digital products (downloadable content)
Digital products (including e-books, audio meditations, audio notes, mini-courses, journal packs) are delivered electronically via download and/or email access.
You are responsible for ensuring you can access the file formats provided.
Access may be limited to personal use only (see Intellectual Property clause below).
Where immediate access/download is provided, change-of-mind refunds may not be available (subject to Australian Consumer Law).
8) Physical products (Jewellery)
If we sell and ship physical goods:

prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice

shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control

if an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within [insert number] days with photos and your order number so we can assess a remedy under Australian Consumer Law
9) Pricing, payments and taxes
All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay all instalments when due.
10) Refunds
Refunds vary by offering type and are subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Digital products: Generally non-refundable for change of mind once accessed/downloaded, unless required by ACL.

Appointments: Cancellation/refund rules shown at time of booking apply.

Retreats/trainings/events: Deposit and refund terms will be stated on the booking page or event terms and may differ by event (for example due to venue commitments).

Physical products: Returns/refunds follow ACL and any published returns policy.
11) Results and no guarantees
You understand that personal growth, wellbeing and transformational outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes.
12) Intellectual property and permitted use
All content on this Site and in our products/services (including text, videos, audio, meditations, PDFs, frameworks, trademarks and course materials) is owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Purchases are for personal use only, unless a separate licence agreement is provided.
