I have always been interested in approaches that help us feel more balanced, energised and connected to our bodies. The Frequency Awakening brings together a range of OlyLife wellness devices that use technologies such as PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields), Terahertz frequencies, electrical muscle stimulation, red light, radio frequency and therapeutic-style massage to support relaxation, vitality and everyday wellbeing.
PEMF works by producing gentle, pulsed electromagnetic fields around the body. OlyLife describes its technology as being designed to support cellular activity, circulation and the body's natural energy processes. Terahertz technology uses a different range of electromagnetic frequencies and is incorporated into several OlyLife devices alongside warmth and other modalities to create a relaxing, whole-body wellness experience.
Depending on the device, the experience may include warmth, electromagnetic stimulation, massage, EMS or TENS muscle stimulation, red light or radio-frequency technology. The Tera P90 and P90+, for example, combine PEMF and Terahertz technologies, while the P90+ also includes additional beauty and massage tools using RF, EMS, TENS and red light.
